Exercise in the morning:)

2019.9.24(Tue)

I woke up at 6 this morning as usual and tried going to the gym when Moo left for work.

I ran for 20 minutes and did some muscle training:) If I hadn’t done exercise, I’d definitely have lied on the sofa:P So it was a great way to start a day:)

I got energized, so I didn’t sleep in the morning! Rather than that, I finished chores and cleaned some detail parts additionally:) hihi

Since I went to DONKI yesterday, I made natto okra sticky udon for lunch and it was really good:D

Normally I don’t cook for lunch, it’s sometimes nice to cook what I really feel like. 

In the afternoon, I did some research and made dinner. I cooked the meat which was a bit expensive and it was good:):) 

I taught three classes and some students noticed that I got my haircut, so they told me that. Hihi They’re cute, aren’t they?

I came home at 8:40 and had late dinner at home. Moo looked quite tired tonight, but he’s getting better:) Let’s go to bed early!
